Who we are
Ventra Coffee is the trading name of Da Rocha Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 68 383 577 439). We provide managed coffee services to organisations in Australia. This policy describes how we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you contact us or book a meeting, we collect the details you provide: name, work email address, organisation, role, campus count and your message. Our website also uses Google Analytics and HubSpot tracking, which collect usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location via cookies.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, manage our business relationship with your organisation, and understand how our website is used. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to our services.
Where it's stored
Enquiry details are stored in our customer relationship management system (HubSpot). Analytics data is processed by Google. Both providers may store data outside Australia; both maintain their own privacy and security programmes.
Access, correction and complaints
You can request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing info@ventracoffee.com.au. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. The site remains usable with cookies disabled; analytics simply stops receiving usage data.
